The Space

This is such a unique escape that truly places you on the Lake. It has the most unique ever changing views one could get when visiting Lake Tahoe. There is a view of the lake from all rooms in the house. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a hot tub on the lakeview patio. The garage has a studio over the top of it with king bed, full kitchen and bathroom. The only drawback is the driveway is a little steep so come with 4 wheel drive. This is considered a split lakefront.

Once inside the mesmerizing views will have you wanting to stay forever. This is unique and has a luxury feel that one can’t top.

The main house features three bedrooms ( one King Room with Tv), ( One Twin Room with Tv), ( One Queen Room with Tv) and two bathrooms, with a breathtaking lake view master with ensuite bath and outdoor balcony. On the entry level are the kitchen, living room and dinning room with a large outdoor entertaining patio area perfect for indoor/outdoor living.

All rooms have a view of the lake. The guest house is below the main house just past the deck and hot tub and it has a full kitchen and a king bed with a sitting area and TV.

Pier and Buoy-
$500 a day to store a boat on the buoy. Once booking is complete a signed document is required to rent the buoy and pier.

Children requirements-
Not suitable for Children under 12 years of age because of steep inside stairs.
